I'm still working on the same projects - those two Harry Potter scarves - and while I'm still enjoying working on them, I'm sure you readers are getting quite bored of hearing about them. Unfortunately, I still haven't found my H crochet hook, nor the missing skein of yarn I need for that cowl, so you're stuck with another Harry Potter scarf filled post.
(I probably should have chosen a better background for this picture)
I bought some new amigurumi patterns last week, so, if everything goes well and the push to get all the wedding invites out by Friday doesn't kill me, I may have something different to feature next week *crossing fingers*
(check out more WIP Wednesday updates at Tami's Amis)
Not bored with the updates at all. I know all my WIPs are not going to be done quickly. No matter what, seeing progress is great.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the wedding plans. :)
I'm not bored of them at all. Each time I see them, I so so want to make one for myself. Maybe this fall!
ReplyDeleteNothing wrong with a Harry Potter scarf! =D I'd make one for me, but I always test Hufflepuff and I don't really fancy wearing black and gold simply because from elementary to high school those were my school colors. Plus, you know, the whole bumblebee thing.
ReplyDeleteI like the color combinations of both scarf. Very cute.
ReplyDeleteI have the same fear (with my stupid mesh top). I'm learning lessons to pick my big projects a little more carefully. ;)
ReplyDeleteI can't get over how beautifully you knit!
I love a good stretch of stockinette knitting and working with color so I think your scarves are great! Good luck with those wedding invites.
ReplyDeleteWell, I'm glad to hear no one's tired of the Harry Potter goodness yet!
