However, I didn't wear it for very long - it was very hot on Sunday (VERY VERY HOT. The weather sites said it was only supposed to be 80 degrees, but I think it was closer to 100) and I ended up stripping down to my shirt and my bloomers halfway through the afternoon in an attempt to beat the heat (it didn't work. Ho boy did it not work)
But it's still a very lovely bodice :)
You are right, it's lovely even though it's not adequate for hot weather. But there will be better occasions. :-)
